VitalWear’s product line includes a white scrub coat, a women’s scrub top, and jogger-style scrub bottoms, all made from 100% Mississippi cotton. The production process begins with fiber manufacturing in the U.S., followed by fabric and trim production in Suzhou, China. Each garment is then sewn in a different country: the white coat in Vietnam, the scrub top in Bangladesh, and the scrub bottoms in Indonesia. Once completed, the finished products are shipped to the U.S. through the Port of Los Angeles and distributed to three distribution centers across the country.

Each product follows a similar timeline. Initial concept development began on September 2, 2024, with design finalization completed by November 1, 2024. Vendor selection was finalized by December 16, 2024, and fabric and trim production were completed by February 14, 2025. Cut and sew operations were finished by February 28, 2025, with garments arriving in the U.S. by March 30, 2025. After passing through customs and distribution, all products will be available on the sales floor by April 26, 2025.
